I recommend them every chance I can. Why? Because they both embody a rare combination of talent, integrity, work ethic, honesty and communication skills that allow them to coach, train, judge, and pick prospects. They don ’t end the day until all the work is done, and no job is below them. As role models for young people they set the standard.  Have a goal; work your tail off; compete to your highest level and be sincerely happy with your performance if it was better than the last!! Success is measured by reaching your goals- not by ribbons.
